What data this site collects, how it is used, and what is not collected. Effective September 20, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six pieces of information: gender, birth date, your health in your own words, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term. These are sent to the carriers' quoting service to return rates and are not kept by this website. Name, address, phone and email are not collected for quotes. Identical requests may be cached briefly to avoid calling the quoting service repeatedly.

Applying

If you apply, your answers from the quote are used to prefill the application on the carriers' secure platform, where their privacy terms apply. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the application.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone number, preferred reply method, subject, and message. It is mailed to the agency using your email as the return address. This site does not keep a copy of your message, maintain a database of submissions, or log message text. A brief anti-spam check runs in your browser before you send.

Measurement

Page view counting here is cookieless and first-party, served directly from this domain. No cookies or trackers are installed; your IP address is masked (two bytes removed) before storage; referrer strings are stripped; raw logs erase after 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browsers are not counted.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal information, do not use advertising trackers, and do not run third-party analytics. The only third-party code is the carriers' application portal, which only loads if you visit the application page.
